St Paul's church, Clarence Street, Penzance

The last time worship was held in St Paul's church was in 2000. A Grade II listed building, it was declared redundant and sold. At one time the Duchy of Cornwall owned it and had planning permission to convert it, but nothing was done. It was sold again in 2023; an architect bought it and has planning permission for 3 residential units and a community hub. My extras show a few of the external issues. Apparently the inside is quite dangerous, the roof beams are badly affected by damp and could fall at any time. Thank you Marlieske for hosting the Derelict challenge.
