I live in a zoo...

Literally - I do! After driving 3 days and 3600kms across half the country we arrived in Perth this afternoon, and my new temporary home is actually a house on the zoo grounds :)

I even have these gorgeous red-haired beauties as my neighbours! I can actually see them from my backyard.... Today I also heard the elephants trumpeting, lions roaring, emperor tamarins screeching and gibbons calling all at various times throught the afternoon. Aside from the rainy miserable weather it's been a great welcome to Perth!
