Too bad indeed. 

I wouldn't mind running this country, but today I made do with running from Imazu to Amagasaki Sports Forest and back on my regular 22 kilometer route on a beautiful spring day.

Very pleased with my continued weight loss. Now down to 66.4kg; just another 1.4kg to go until I reach my 65kg target. Hopefully that will help me live to beyond George Burns' age. I'm sure my fitness regime is far more rigorous than his.
