Trailing cable

Not seen electric car charging happening on this stretch of pavement before... it's certainly not unknown on other places I walk but it's a section of pavement where I once had to do a very long walk (compared to the rest of the group) with one student in a wheelchair to find a way they could access the park across the road as almost every dropped kerb was blocked as was the zebra crossing. Ambulant students were fine, this student was not
