An early start on a new dawn…

… in Spain!

Will add missed days not blipped because of maritime charges later but had to blip this gorgeous sky. We don’t seem to get these cloud formations over  Weymouth bay.

The journey has been tiring and my back is in bad shape for the start of a holiday. But it is what it is and we are here now.

Might add an extra of another image taken before we left Santander but that needs importing from my proper camera.

Santander started on a good note then descended into hell when we tried to leave. Not being local we obviously didn’t know what was going on but there was some sort of demonstration that closed off the road out and we were left to navigate our motorhome though the narrow streets which on one occasion took us around in a circle with no obvious way out. To add to this all junctions have pedestrian crossings on all exits. Santander is busy!

It was hell. The rest of the journey not being much better as we (I) decided to avoid toll roads. Time will tell how much I’m going to enjoy this.
