Birthday fun in Kanimbla

Grandparent duties today included taking Jane to a horse riding birthday party in the Kanimbla Valley, the neighbouring valley to the west of Megalong.
It was attended by seven girls, a few random siblings, plenty of mothers, one father, 3 grandparents and a good time was had by all - it was great to see kids enjoying the outdoors without a screen in sight, not just riding horses but just having old fashioned fun including climbing onto stumps (and leaping off again.)
The extra is a misty shot of Kanimbla including some horses although pedantic blippers may question the equine credentials of the two on the right.
