Shrove Tuesday

Pancakes are just as good made with gluten free flour! There's something very moreish about hot fat, carbohydrate, sugar and lemon jiuce. One of my lovely lodgers video calls his family every evening. He was watching them eat their pancakes with envy, so we shared.
