Chinese Money plant

This plant loves the CA climate and I keep it outside. Every year I am getting those little flowers, here in the photo there is just one of them that opened up. 
My secret for a 'green thumb' is: leave them alone.
It works for me and all my plants in the garden and of course I have so many that are decades old and just have to be trimmed once a year. In spring it's always a wonder that the leaves are coming back even out of old looking branches.
Another example we trimmed a pencil tree and left a heavy trunk in the garden and even on this 'dead' trunk I have new growth and it will become a tree again in the future.
That's my 2 cents worth for today....ha ha 
I hope you will have a nice week-end. Mine is bitter sweet, my son is playing in a  band in LA and because nobody wants to come with me and 'drive me', I am staying home, he will come back next month again and then I will try to go. Even my daughter said this is a working gig and won't have much time for us anyway,  but just thinking about it, that he's only one hour away, breaks my heart. It's probably better just to see him in Las Vegas, where he lives.
