Rhubarb, Rhubarb

This is the state of play with the rhubarb in our garden…it is all natural growth, no forcing involved. The stalks are already about 8-12 inches (20-30cm) long. It is always an early and prolific producer!

There may be some rhubarb crumble this weekend - and it won’t be long before I can make a batch of chutney - for which I need 2kg!!

Stupidly, I left the camera in jpeg mode after trying an ‘auto setting’ on something this morning. So minimal processing to get to the blip jpg today!
