Old Friends

This photo shows what happens when you are not  too fussy about weeding and feeding your lawn! Our "lawn" is full of self sown primroses and daisies, and soon cowslip flowers will be joining them. I took the photo this morning, shortly before long standing local  friends, C and S came to us for lunch today. We compared notes on our trips to Australia and  New Zealand. They visited the Antipodes some years ago. It was very good to catch up.
