SPRAY BOTTLE

There is no theme for Abstract Thursday so I took a quick shot of a spray bottle that was handy and did some processing.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Got on and did a bit of sorting out this afternoon.  Collected together some books, crockery and ornaments to go to the charity shop.

At 5.30pm I was at the bottom of the street to get my lift to slimming group.  Had a 1½ pound gain.  Not surprised as I was "off plan" for 4 days.  Nothing to stop me being " on plan " this week so hopefully there will be a loss on the scales next Thursday.

Weather today was bright and sunny .... but cold and windy too.
