What Cyclone?

We woke to dark grey skies and rain this morning.

We had some rain in the night, but not the predicted high winds.

By the time we set of for our walk the sky had cleared a little, but it soon began to rain again.

I went to the supermarket or rather two supermarkets at 7am.  They were already busy.

I managed to get a few more things, but the shelves are very bare.

Bu the sun was out, and it was nice and warm, hard to believe a cyclone is on its way.

But after a couple of hours the weather changed.  And it's been raining on and off all day now.

Two of our neighbours have taken down their shade sails from over their driveways.  And others have taken down their trampolines.

At one point today both Molly and Sophia were sitting near the balcony window when a huge gust of wind suddenly blew in.

Molly's ears blew up and down with the wind, she looked like Dumbo taking off.

Sophia just stared at her, it was so funny.
