Roseberry Topping

Today, spurred on by our climb yesterday, we took the kids up even higher... up to the top of Roseberry Topping. This is a very distinctive looking hill in this part of North Yorkshire and very well known.

From a distance both Amy and James were really confident but as we got closer I think they realised that it was a bigger challenge than yesterday! However they needn't have worried as they both made it to the top at a good pace. I have to say the views from the top were absolutely stunning and as it wasn't as windy as yesterday, it was really pleasant up there. Again I think they are going to sleep well... as will I!
