Down by the Lake

I went down to the lake this morning and went down early to enjoy the exceptional lighting over the mountains and water.  I could have put up 30 photos because everything was so beautiful, but I chose five of them.

I don't often choose to include people in my captures, but I liked this boy and girl with their scooters and cute Corgi dog - and the background isn't bad either!

The other photos are self-explanatory taken from different spots along the lake. The last two were taken from the boat when I crossed over to Evian to visit Jean. I love the morning mist on the French side. 

The temperature was 12C and it felt just perfect.
