Portobello

I have visited Edinburgh a few times in the last couple of years and this was taken at Portobello beach in Feb last year, a truly back Blip.  This is my competition entry from Monday and gained me a third place, chuffed.  I have cropped a little from the top (judge's advice) as it was to light.  I have included the coloured version and perhaps you can see what I was wanting-sand, coats, hair- all blending in this version-whereas the mono is more 'raw.' I had watched mother and son playing together and then sit at the end of the groyne looking straight at me.   I have also included the colour version of yesterday's Blip.  Choices, choices.
