Looking the Other Way
An unexpected pleasure this afternoon, a long walk with M & Oscar plus J & J (not the usual J&J!) which took us up onto the top of the hill on the opposite side of the Dysynni to Tywyn. The town is just out of shot on the right but the view takes in places that have often featured here.
This from September 2022 taken from along the river bank where it opens out into Broadwater. Today we were not far from the top of the hill centre shot.
This from Feb 2023 one of many from along the riverside walk which is one of our favourites. We start them from the patch of woodland almost dead centre. From there paths lead both inland and towards the estuary.
Rhydyronen with the ball field and a favourite walk up the lane, nestles at the foot of the little valley, half in shade, just left of centre. It's also where we had a family caravan for 30+ years. Here's a golden oldie from 2012.
Here's a shot from the hills opposite, looking back to the hill where today's blip was taken.
Otherwise, a day of pottery and singing!
