Day 47

Oosha! Not a day that contained an abundance of positivity, so gratitude was pretty evasive. However, I came back from my lunchtime walk to find a small package addressed to me. Thank you to my friend Fiona for anticipating how difficult today was going to be for me, and ensuring I was reminded that I have some very special people in my life, and on my side. So, a bit of gratitude for the positivity Tony Chocolonely brings, but an even greater gratitude for good people in my life. ❤️

A mile covered in a bit of a haze of despondency with a soupçon of grumpiness at lunchtime ensured my walking challenge was completed.
