Walkies

They enjoyed a good morning walk. I got an early birthday present of a sourdough making book. Lots of detail and scientific understanding of the process which I find easier to then make. This was so the starter could be started now and in 7 to 10 days hopefully we can try making our first loaf. My goal this year is to become more self sufficient at making things that I lazily buy. I actually already make my own bread but look forward to the benefits and tastes and intricacies of sourdough plus the discard recipes!
