The View from Le Truex …

… above Leysin is exceptional! What a wonderful ski mountaineering route. Today the atmosphere was so clear you could see the Mont Blanc Range easily. The ski down wasn’t too difficult either. We, the three ladies of a certain age in extra, with the Tors of Leysin behind us, were alone until we arrived on the summit. What a gift, I’m still buzzing and have finally warmed up after a swim in the Gouille afterwards. I am so lucky to have good friends to share these adventures with.
