In honor of Joe Tree Day, I give you these beautiful dark green cone-shaped trees that grow on the third floor terrace.  It's not a great location for them, but they survive.  

Not a great day symptom-wise, but I got through dialysis all right.  Now  I'm still incredibly tired and nauseous and having a hard time figuring out what to eat.  I'm too tired to put anything together.
