Pretty pest

I'm a little late posting my photo for Saturday, featuring flowers of an African Tulip Tree (Spathodea campanulata) growing nearby. It's a common street-tree in Brisbane but is now a declared pest species here where its sale and distribution is prohibited. It's a very invasive plant, much inclined to take over native vegetation. Its flowers contain compounds that are toxic to native bees and other insects.
