Asphodels in a Vase

Hundreds of asphodels everywhere; chopped a few to take to Mireille and Dan, think a few more would have looked better, oh well. They have such a gift for making a house look gorgeous, so impressed with the progress since we were there helping.

It's been raining pretty much non stop since last night, not used to this! A tiny bit of sunshine meant I could do a 15min wash, but it's still dripping on the line.


Gratefuls:
- lunch at A Lanterna with Dan and Mireille, so I didn't have to cook
- the middle room, at long last, is cleared and cleaned (though, have to admit, still a few boxes banished to the container)
- our guests' bed is made up and ready for them
