This wildlings hard work has paid off this week. He was so happy to show me his certificate when he ran into dalscone.  He's had a great week at school and had to give a lady a show around at the beginning of the week. 

His hands also look like a smurf.  

A few of us staff were crying at work today with happy tears. Just goes to show that patience and gentleness are what's needed for our students.  And one of them has worked so hard at a activity.  Today after like 3 months of going into our pool area, standing at the edge, working his way up to putting a toe in the water to actually getting in and swimming today. Was bloody amazing and we were all so proud of him . We also couldn't make a big deal out of it or say anything to him. So we all sat and swam and stood there with happy tears. What a brilliant end to the week.
