A puzzling moment..

I could not work out what these were. Closer inspection revealed that the trees of tomorrow are protected today by a round of coconut shells and some artfully placed twigs to stop them from being eaten.
Lots of rain in the night and all day has been rain/threat of rain/sun/another threat of rain.. It’s been very confusing with some storm clouds passing cheerfully over and others sneaking up and soaking us all.
However… quiet morning, lunch at same place as yesterday, got my lengths in at the huge pool and so a good day.
