Dover…

…. snatched through the coach window as we left the port after the crossing this afternoon. Left just as I took it, even with the sloping horizon.

It’s been a l o n g day at the end of a very good holiday. Unpacking can wait until tomorrow.

A year ago today we said our formal goodbyes to our dear sister Valerie. Lots of memories of that day plus much happier ones too. The planning and booking for another whole family holiday is underway for September. Something we promised Valerie we would always still do. It’s been great to hear from our families of accommodation already booked. Some still hoping to be able to make it.
