Posh

Had a lovely time in Cowes on the Isle of Wight today with my sister. It was so nice to see the sun and after lunch we had a walk along the seafront, passing the Royal London Yacht Club on the way. I’ve walked by this many times but had to look up what RLYC stood for (see https://www.rlyc.org.uk/); I don’t think I will be a member there anytime soon!
Have added a couple of extras from my day.
I had the last day of my knee rehab class today. I had six sessions and really enjoyed it but I’m on my own with exercising now! Kept up the momentum with (for me) a lot of steps today so should be nicely loosened up for aquarobics tomorrow!
