The tree

This is the tree whose bark was featured 2 days ago.
A bright but chilly day, perfect for walking so I did a walk after cafe as well as the Health Walk before it. I think the first walk was beneficial for someone on it who was able to talk about some personal issues (walks like these seem to be good for this) and the second one was good for me.
Cafe was very busy, 2 regular staff were off and the "trainee cook" is still finding his way - not easy when it's busy - so it was hard work.
Mr Rat decided he fancied a fish supper so went for that and after I've been writing up minutes, I think last Weds' 2 meetings are just about minuted.
P.S. for those who didn't see yesterday the tree is a Black Poplar
