A farewell to Eoin...

Today we said a very sad farewell to Eoin. There must’ve been around 200 people at the service, some travelling from as far afield as Ireland, Germany and the US. But no matter where people came from, everyone remembered Eoin for his kindness, his generosity, his selflessness, and above all his smile...

This was taken Christmas Day 2023 when Dad and I were invited round to Eoin and K’s for the day. 46 is no age, such a loss, such a waste...


Thank you for your kind stars for yesterday’s trip to see Concorde. Sorry for my absence but I’m totally swamped and beyond exhausted in getting things ready for respite care tomorrow. I was meant to be having a two week break but as Dad really wanted to go to the funeral today to be there for K, it’s now only a one week break for me. I’ve never been so unprepared for a trip away...
