Not very Abstract…but it is organic

Autumn starts in 2 days time. This tree has been dropping leaves for a few weeks partly due to it being hot and dry and partly because autumn is approaching.

I organised the letter box drop this morning and one man I hadn't met before asked what did I do for a job. I said I was retired (and was a nurse). He said that isn’t surprising as I was so organised. Ha ha made me smile. The Bathurst hub manager is also a nurse along with a pharmacist. The manager was really pleased as I relieved her of a big job and she is flat out - all volunteers of course. 

After lunch the community physio visited (after her postponed appointment last week). She was really good and I felt reassured after her visit. The exercises I had started were what she would have ordered but she refined my technique and suggested another way to do one. I’m pleased as I can report to the surgeon next week that I have done everything I can think of for the arthritis.
