Notes: Quiet morning, did some more work for Michelle D and then headed to Whole Foods for just a couple things (on day 2 of egg fast but needed some heavy cream, lemon extract and sour cream). Was pretty quick in and out. Back and made coffee and then dug into more of the project for the artistic book ... got hung up adding records to godaddy to start building the site for the poodle book. Suddenly was feeling quite queasy and near-nauseated, spent some time in the bathroom and then just had to lay down for a couple hrs. Woke up and it had passed, tho still feeling quite weak and out of it. Was able to get the website started then. Had planned to play pickleball (PB) nearby but just didn't have the energy. Didn't eat anything all day and couldn't even imagine eating. Shower just before 5p. Heated some veggie broth and talked to Michelle on phone for a bit. Quiet night, started re-watching Ray Donovan (has been years!). Went to bed early but couldn't fall asleep - was awake till after 1a.
