Notes: Didn't get up right away even tho Chloe was quite insistent! Skipped coffee and went w/ herbal tea w/ lemon - starting the 3day egg fast (eggs and fat only). Mid morning made 2 eggs and then left 1040a - stopped at UPS Store for 2 Amazon returns and then on to Pickleballerz for a round robin women's tournament. Was there early and got to practice serves quite a bit - really helped! Play was really fun 1130a - 130p. My last game was a bye so I left a few min early, day much warmer than any recent ones and lower wind! Got gas on the way back at Shell ($2.98 w/ my 0.05 discount). Hot shower and then dug into more work for Michelle Dion until 430p. Made another 4 eggs w/ lots of butter and some whipped cream for later meal. Quiet evening.
