Cat Show Spectacular!

And now for something completely different ....
Our friend James mentioned in passing how there was a cat show going on close by Sat + Sun and that he was thinking of checking it out. Umm, yea I wanted to go! I've never been and OMG so many cats ... about 150 in one (large) room. Amazing! So, after much prodding, Mr. Badger agreed to go as well (he actually really likes cats, I just don't think he was prepared to be this far down the cat lady rabbit hole. Anyways, we all went and it was fabulous! I took a gazillion photos (okay, like 500ish) and I was able to hold a teeny, tiny Cornish Rex :3 (I think I actually died for a moment. I got better.). We went out to lunch afterwards, still soaking up the awesome cat-ness we were just witness to. I finished off the day by finally completing a raised bed! Finished filling it with soil and lots of veggies/herbs. I must say, I felt very accomplished and it was very satisfying to see it complete. If I hadn't been looking at millions of cats today, you know my raised bed would have been today's blip!
