Cowgate

Spent the day in the house doing your general household kind of stuff and went out for some culture in the evening.

Non-festival: I Am Breathing at Filmhouse, a very moving documentary about Neil Platt, who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease at the age of 33. There's more about the movie and some well-chosen words on leasko's journal from when the film was on at the Edinburgh International Film Festival recently.

Festival: Claudia O'Doherty at The Pleasance. I didn't really know what to expect and I'm not entirely sure what I got. I liked some of it, some of I didn't, but I mainly liked her tho', and she had definitely had personality, but in the end it was all a bit of a mixed-bag. I'll put it down as an interesting experiment I think, maybe not just my kind of thing.
