Local view

A mainly grey day although bright for awhile.  I had a morning sprint cycle class and short burst in the gym.  That got me set up for the rest of the day.  

A quiet afternoon at home, not tempted to go on the allotment.  This is a local shot when the weather cleared later in the afternoon.  I also had a long chat with an old friend.  She has suffered so much from different ailments since she retired and now has a new one to contend with.  I really feel for her.
