Tonight's read

Today, a colleague who has recently visited Japan kindly brought in this book for me to borrow. She is a manga/anime fan and I must admit that my initial thought, given that it's in comic book format, was that it probably wouldn't be of much use as a travel guide. I should have learned by now not to judge a book by its cover! It actually has lots of succinct practical information and observations and is fun to read!
