Another EBB

Yep, another emergency bedtime blip!  I was feeling properly exhausted today - had a fabulous sleep, but woke up feeling just as tired as yesterday.  Thankfully I was able to have a really relaxing day, which helped.  Started with a bath and a good Archers catch-up, then shot a load of Nazis in Sniper Elite 5, and, um, not a whole lot else - until I made a tasty (but slightly burnt) curry in the evening.  I did it in the air fryer (instead of the oven, as in the recipe), and it was rather 'well done' on top.  Still tasty (once I cut off all the black bits....)
