...as we admired her cheese slicer when we visited...

I worked with Christina for several years, and have kept in touch since she moved back to Sweden - she is one of the Escapees!
We stayed with Christina and her family in Karlstad, but never quite made it back for a visit to Stockholm - I think Covid intervened...
Happily she visits Yorkshire every year, and we usually manage a get together with the rest of the Escapees ;) 

PS sorry the cheese is Norwegian...
