Napier

We left Auckland at 6am to avoid the rush hour traffic. We stopped at Tirau for breakfast, then made it to the beautiful Art Deco town of Napier in Hawke's Bay. We had a good wander round the shops, a soak in hot pools at the seafront,  then a fish and chip dinner on our balcony.
