Snow fence doing its job

I loved the big pile of snow next to the snow fence. It keeps it away from the road. I had blipped this same snow fence in August of 2021, if you'd like to take a look. 
Jim and I went out to Mom's to pick up one more dresser for my bathroom stuff. Although I figured that the dresser in the bedroom is narrower and fits better in the bathroom so I have bathroom stuff in my bedroom and clothes in the bathroom. But it works.
On a very sad note, my dear friend Steve passed away this morning. He had been battling cancer but had numerous infections so couldn't get treated for the cancer. He was surrounded by his family and went peacefully but his community is grieving his loss. I've included a photo of him at his retirement/birthday party last April.
