I’m am still a runner
It’s amazing what a bit of good physio can do. 4 weeks ago I was resigned to watching this race, but with good massage and doing the stretches I was ok to adopt the 5:1min run:walk for 6 miles, then stuck to the walks but was less disciplined about the runs adding in extra walking. Got round reasonably comfortably and much quicker than expected.
Hoping I will still feel ok tomorrow!
