Good to get out

Orla had a terrible night with the outbreak of spots coming out from the Chicken Pox, it's happened so quick and she doesn't know what's hit her poor thing.

As there was no swimming on the cards we had a relaxing morning with comforting cuddles and tv. Claire went out to the Gym and went shopping for essentials. When she got back I went out on my bike knowing the weather was going to be better than tomorrow and having to stay home with Orla for three days from now I needed to get some fresh air and exercise.

The ride was good after a little downpour early on. When the sun came out it felt like spring and I felt good riding against two ebikes. We stopped for a drink and snack at one of our favourite cafes which has recently been taken over and the new owner seems very nice so hopefully no big change.

Orla has had many treats today off lots of people to help distract from the itching. 

Praying for a good night (as I'm writing this the day after, it didn't go to plan).
