What a horrible day....

....on several levels.

The weather was shocking and work was terrible. All production and packaging staff were made redundant or at least put on notice. This only leaves a handful left in the offices. Things aren't looking good but we will see what happens in the next few weeks.

To top it off Orla felt poorly after dinner and had a temperature. In the night she was very unsettled and today (tomorrow as I write) she's covered in spots and has Chicken Pox.

It has been going around school since they started in the New Year. We are glad she's got in terms of having it young and before the wedding....but it is horrible seeing her in so much discomfort. She's putting on a brave face when she can but obviously struggling with the itching and the blisters do look horrible. 

Interesting weekend/week ahead.
