Club Cumming at Pitlochry Theatre

Winsford cleverly laid some hazelh bait in her Blipfoto journal entry for Friday 14th February. I took it, of course - and ended up at the most amazing disco at the Pitlochry Theatre tonight. Alan Cumming was a super-enthusiastic DJ. Kirsty Wark joined him on the deck a couple of times (blipped) and Nicola Sturgeon even climbed up to the stage to put in a short appearance.

The choice of music was very wide, all entirely appropriate, and great for dancing. Mr hazelh, Winsford and I were hardly off the dance floor in the 3.5 hours of the disco, much of the time right at the front. At one point Alan Cumming made a tour of the dance floor on the shoulders of a member of theatre staff, as captured in my extra. It's a long time since I have enjoyed such a fabulous event. (If you check Winsford's blip for today, you may make me out to the right of the shot.)

Earlier in the day at home I did some last minute prep for a telephone call with my middle sister about our auction proceeds, and plans for the collection of our unsold items from the auctioneer's warehouse in Newcastle, then rang her. By the time we had dealt with the business and then discussed my sister's recent holiday to Madeira, the bookings for her AirBNB, her forthcoming trips to Holy Island and the Alps, Mummy hazelh's accommodation, and my plans for this evening (amongst other things), we were on the phone for almost an hour. The best news is that the effort that I have recently poured into Mummy hazelh admin has paid off, and my middle sister liked my proposals.

The other highlight of the day was a delicious curry with Mr hazelh at Cidsin in Pitlochry immediately before we joined Winsford at the theatre for the disco.

Exercise today: dancing (23,479 steps).
