Mombretia, not Mombasa

Don't ask me why I do this, but every time I see these plants I think they are called Mombasa and I never remember they are actually Mombretia. I am not sure if it helps or hinders my memory that they now seem to be called Crocosmia.

This is a different variety from the one I blipped on 22nd July. It is smaller, a different colour and we have them in the back garden.

Just to be clear; Mombasa is the second largest city in Kenya and not a variety of garden plant.
