The Movement

On the spur of the moment L decided to book tickets for this local theatre about 2 blocks from our Condo. The Movement is an a Capella musical about the children’s civil rights march in Birmingham, Alabama in 1963. It was really good and challenging as the story of high school kids who risked beatings and jail to march for integration in the South of the US. Very inspiring especially in the current climate.
