Squirrel day

Actually not just squirrels. but deer as well.  The hen guardian and I had 4 hours in a hide watching the squirrels. It rained for most of this time, but there were at least four squirrels coming in to collect nuts.  There were birds too - coal tit, blue tit, great tit, bullfinch, and robin.  In the afternoon we were taken up the hill to see the deer that come down daily for the feed provided. The rain stayed off while we were there, but became very heavy as we set out to drive home.  So all in all, the weather could have been better, bit it could have been a lot worse.
