I HAVE NO IDEA!

It's Flower Friday and I paid a visit to the Mitchell Park Domes in Milwaukee where I found this startlingly blue beauty.  The tropical dome, where this plant resides, does a pretty good job of identifying each plant.  They have signs everywhere but if one existed for this magnificent species I missed it.

Any botanists out there in Blipville capable of putting an ID to this tropical flower?
