Out

I met Junior for lunch today for our first proper catch up since his trip to Southeast Asia.

It was interesting to hear his impressions of Vietnam on his first visit, about 30 years after mine. 

We tried a new restaurant - new to us at least - Luca's Kitchen in Dunfermline. The pizza was great. So was the cheesecake. Same with the service. Another place we plan to go back to. 

In the morning I did my Midweek Workout with my body feeling a little bemused by the temperature going from 2º to 13º overnight. We got there. 

After lunch I collapsed into rest and relaxation mode.
