Wednesday has come and gone. 

It was fine. Amongst the highlights was booking an overnight trip to Aberdeen for the football next month. Megabus charged me £1 each way (their booking fee). The hotel was a bit more, but still good value. 

The tree damage caused by the storm a few weeks ago is still lying around in places. I guess they prioritise bits which might be dangerous. 

Oh well... I wonder when the next yellow/orange/red event will come along.
