Morning Sky
We were treated to an amazing sky as we walked down the road to catch the bus to Edinburgh this morning. It provided me with an early blip.
I got into work a bit late again, though so annoy sure why, but I suspect roadworks somewhere is resulting in the traffic backing up.
There were a few colleagues in the office today, but not as many as yesterday. A piece of work that has been giving us a few challenges, continues to give us too much to think about. It really is the gift that keeps on giving.
I managed a very quick escape at lunchtime, but had to be back in time for a meeting. I walked in a different direction today, which made a change.
Just as I was thinking about packing up, something urgent landed. I dealt with it straight away, but it meant I missed my bus. I had a quick call with a colleague to impart some information I had gleaned in a meeting this afternoon, then packed up and departed in time to catch the next bus.
We had a tea of leftovers, then I went for a walk and listened to a new (to me) podcast, Classic Scottish Albums. There’s quite a few to get through. I started with the story of Franz Ferdinand’s debut album, which I love.
